DELIVERY POLICY
Once an order has been received and processed, we will aim to deliver your order at the agreed time to the address stated by an employee of the business within the designated delivery vehicle.
SALE OF ALCOHOL
Only people aged 18 and over will be permitted to purchase alcohol. On delivery of alcohol, the driver will ask the customer for identification to confirm age. If the alcohol has been purchased by someone under 18, the drinks will not be handed over to the customer and a refund will not be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that once you have made your order and your payment has been authorised you will not be able to cancel your order, nor will you be entitled to a refund.
ONLINE PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All payment references on bank/customer statements will be under the heading Boardwalk Bar & Grill. If payment is taken and Boardwalk Bar & Grill Ltd are unable to fulfil your order a refund will be issued.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the business, returns will only be accepted if the customer can prove products were unfit for consumption, if this is the case the product must be returned in the original packaging. A refund may then be given at the discretion of Boardwalk Bar & Grill Ltd.
